Dit is een kant-en-klare marinademix voor varkensvlees. Neem 500 gram varkensvlees, snijd het vlees in lange stukken. Los 50 gram van de marinademix op in 125 ml water. Leg het vlees hierin en laat het 2-3 uur marineren. Braad het vlees gedurende 20 minuten bij 200 graden Celsius. Je kunt het ook grillen of roosteren. Snijd het vlees dun. Serveer het als voorgerecht of als bijgerecht bij tjaptjoi, gebakken noedels of gebakken rijst.
