Reward yourself with this delicious cocktail after a busy workweek!

Ingredients
- 1 handful of mint leaves*
- 1 can of lychee*
- 2 Tbsp lychee syrup
- 1 lime
- 100ml lychee juice
- 30ml lychee liqueur
- 4 ice cubes

How to make it
1. Pour the lychee syrup and the lychees in a bowl. Save a few lychees to garnish. Freeze a few lychees and keep the lychee syrup in the refrigerator.
2. Put a handful of mint leaves in a blender followed by the frozen lychees, 2 tablespoons of lychee syrup, lime juice, the lychee juice and the ice cubes. Mix everything up untill it is a soft smoothie. Pour a dash of liqueur in the glass and then add the smoothie. Garnish 2 lychee with a cocktail stick.
