Ingredients

300g soft tofu
130g ma bo tofu sauce – Korean style
150g half-and-half minced meat
100g enoki
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
2 spring onions
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 tbsp oil
- Cut the tofu into cubes. Cut the spring onions into fine rings and the onions into fine strips. Finely chop the garlic and peppers. Cut off the bottom of the enoki and then cut it into large pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced meat and use a wooden spatula to separate the minced meat. Cook until 80% done. Then add the garlic, peppers and strips and stir-fry for a minute. Then add the ma bo tofu sauce followed by the cubes of tofu and enoki. Mix everything together well and let it cook for 3 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
