INGREDIENTS

  • 500g macaroni
  • Sunflower oil
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 250g chicken breast
  • 5 spring onion, in rings
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp Faja Lobi Bami Trafasie Speciaal
  • ½ tsp Faja Lobi Trassie Trafasie
  • 1 tbsp Faja Lobi Pinda Sambal
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • ½ tsp piment powder

HOW TO MAKE IT


STEP 1: Prepare macaroni according to the instructions on the package.


STEP 2: Heat 6 tablespoons of oil and fry the shallot and garlic until light-brown.


STEP 3: Add chicken breast and cook until done.


STEP 4: Add spring onion and red bell pepper, stir and cook along for 4 minutes.


STEP 5: Add Bami Trafasie Speciaal, Trassie Trafasie, Pinda Sambal, tomato paste and piment powder. Stir until mixed evenly.


STEP 6: Add the macaroni to the mixture, stir and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.
