Miso is a marvellous healthy fermented seasoning for cooking, which you can use for miso soup. 

The best way to make Miso Soup (for three people):
1. Add stock ingredients (nibosi, konbu, katuobushi) and bring to boil.
2. Add other ingredients as preferred and return to boil. 
3. Add about 55 grams of Miso (for three people), return to boil and turn off heat.
*If you are using 'Dashi No Moto' as flavouring, add to taste last of all.
