Matcha Bowl with Kale, Goji Berries and Coconut Flakes

Smoothie
- 2 small frozen bananas
- 30g kale or spinach
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 60g plain, full-fat Greek yogurt
- 140g frozen mango
- 120-180ml coconut milk
- 1-2 Tbsp honey, to taste
Toppings
- Goji berries, soaked
- Honey
- Badia Trilogy Seeds
- Fruits
- Coconut flakes

- Blend all the ingredients of the smoothie together until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Start with 120ml of coconut milk and add more if needed.
- Your smoothie should have a very thick consistency.
