INGREDIENTS

  • Bamboe Mie Goreng seasoning paste
  • 400g cooked noodles
  • 100g chicken/prawn
  • Oil
  • 1 egg
  • Vegetables

PREPARATION
Cut the chicken/prawn in pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken/prawn and seasoning paste, and stir-fry for about 4 minutes. Add an egg and vegetables if preferred. Mix in the noodles well and cook for a few additional minutes to enhance the flavour.
