Nissin Sanuki Frozen Udon are noodles that are frozen and made from wheat flour that comes from the Sanuki region of Japan. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
Once the water boils you can add the udon noodles to the pan and cook the noodles for about 8 to 10 minutes. Once the noodles are cooked, drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
