INGREDIENTS
- 150g cooked noodles
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 50g bean sprouts
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- 50g roasted chicken, bite-sized
- 4 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Roasted Sesame Dressing
- Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil (optional)
PREPARATION
- 1. Place the noodles on two plates.
- 2. Add the toppings in Buddha Bowl style.
- 3. Add the roasted sesame dressing. If you like spicy food, you can add some chilli oil as well.
