Oven-Baked Stuffed Spicy Mussels

Ingredients
            Based on  6 persons        
                - 90g shrimps
 - 75g grated cheddar cheese
 - 12 large mussels with shells
 - 2 Tbsp breadcrumbs
 - 1 Tbsp dried basil
 - ½ bell pepper
 
Marinade:
- 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce
 - 1½ Tbsp plain flour
 - 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
 - ½ tsp sugar
 
- Peel the shrimps and remove the mussels from their shells. Dice the shrimps, the mussels as well as the bell peppers. Mix these three ingredients with the marinade. Divide the fillings into 12 portions and stuff it back on the mussel shells.
 - Preheat the oven to 220°C. Chop the basil and mix it with the cheddar cheese and the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the mixture on top of the mussel fillings. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the mussels are golden brown and done.
