Qian Hu Sake 14% Alcohol 750ml
Sake is a well-known Japanese rice wine made from rice and water. To make sake, the quality of water and the fermentation of rice play an important role, such as the "Junmai" class. In addition, no extra alcohol is added with a full, rich taste and a dark color. With the Honjozo, Ginjo or Daiginjo classes, extra alcohol has been added. This makes the taste softer and more delicate, and the color of the sake lighter.
Sake can be served both cold and hot. Heat the bottle of sake between 35-45 degrees, the aromas get better and the taste becomes more intense. Serving tip: Serve the warm sake in a special tokkuri (a kind of carafe) with matching o-choko (a small cup).
