This Chinese broccoli and salmon fillet recipe is perfect for busy weekdays! This healthy and balanced dish with Asian flavors is ready in less than 30 minutes, and pairs perfectly with a bowl of steamed rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g gai lan (Chinese kale)
  • 2 skinless salmon fillets
  • 4 Tbsp Chinese style vinaigrette dressing

Garnish:

  • ½ leek
  • Chili flakes
  • Lemon parts

PREPARATION


Rinse the salmon and dry it with a paper towel. Slice the gai lan into pieces. Preheat the oven at 200°C.



Put two sheets of baking paper on top of two sheets of aluminium foil. Put the gai lan on the baking paper and place one salmon fillet on top. Sprinkle the dressing over the salmon. Repeat the process for the other salmon fillet. Close both packages well. Put the packages in the middle of on a baking tray and bake it in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.



In the meantime, slice the leek into thin rings and blanch it briefly in boiling water. Open the packages and garnish it with leek, chili flakes and sprinkle it with lemon.
