Are you tired of meat dishes? Try this salmon and prawns with tomato garlic sauce recipe! Thanks to Lee Kum Kee sauces, it becomes super easy to make!

INGREDIENTS

  • 240g salmon, in 3-cm thick slices
  • 100g prawns, peeled and deveined

Marinade:

  • 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Tomato Garlic Prawn
  • 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
  • 20g cilantro
  • 1 cm ginger, in fine strips
  • 1 tsp corn starch

Optional:

  • Steamer

PREPARATION
Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add the salmon and prawns, and marinate for about 10 minutes.



Arrange the salmon on a plate in alternate rows, and steam for about 10 minutes until done. Or pan-fry for 10 minutes until done.
