San Kong Pangsit Sheets 200g

Pangsit or wan tan dough sheets are square, yellowish dough sheets made from flour, egg and salt that become airy & crunchy by frying. Wan tan sheets and a filling with minced pork and / or minced shrimps are the main ingredients for making wan tan / wonton snacks. In China, wontons are actually always steamed or cooked, but in Indonesia people tend to fry them. Pangsit goreng literally means "fried wonton".
