This set consists of two knives:

• Nakiri is suitable for vegetables
• Santoku is suitable for vegetables, fish and meat

The knives are made of stainless steel. The handles are finished with beautiful wood. Nice to give as a gift to people who love to cook!

Always dry these knives thoroughly after washing. Do not use hard scrub brushes. Wet the whetstone before sharpening the knives.
