Shimadaya Frozen Sanuki Udon Noodle are noodles are made from wheat flour that comes from the Sanuki region of Japan. This region is well-known for it's noodles. The Udon have a firm, chewy texture and a rich, nutty flavor that is characteristic of Sanuki-style udon. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Once the water is boiling you can add the udon noodles to the pan and cook the noodles for about a few minutes. Once the noodles are cooked, drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. The udon noodles are ready to use for your desired dish, for stir-fry or noodle soup.
