Morinaga Japanese Pancake Mix 300g
Cooking instructions:
1) Add 1 egg and 100ml of milk in a bowl and whisk thoroughly. Add half the packet of Showa Hot Cake Mix and whisk the mixture until you get a smooth batter.
2) Heat a frying pan over medium heat, then place it on a wet cloth so that it cools a little.
3) Pour 1/3 of the batter into the frying pan.
4) Heat the frying pan over a low heat for about 3 minutes, until bubbles form on top of the pancake. Flip the pancake and fry it for a further 2-3 minutes, until it is golden brown on both sides. Then, slide it into a plate.
5) Repeat step 3 and 4 two more times with the rest of the batter.
