INGREDIENTS
- Bananas
- 150g hazelnuts, unroasted
- 100g milk chocolate
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 65g powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp sunflower oil
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven at 200°C. Put a sheet of baking paper on the oven tray. Spread the hazelnuts over the tray and roast them for 10-20 minutes in the oven. Then put the hazelnuts between two paper towels, and roll it firmly. This way, you will remove the peels. Put the nuts in a food processor and blend it until it has a smooth consistency.
In the meantime, melt the chocolate au bain-marie. Add the melted chocolate, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and sunflower oil to the hazelnut paste. Blend it again until it’s a smooth paste.
Cut the bananas in two and ‘draw’ the eyes and mouth using the hazelnut paste.
