This versatile buckwheat noodle or soba can be served either cold or hot, such as noodle soup or cold noodles. Bring the buckwheat noodle or soba for 4 minutes, boiling in boiling water. Loosen the noodles during cooking, then drain the noodles and are ready for further preparation. For cold noodle dishes: rinse the noodles under running cold water.
