Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Once the water boils you can add the udon noodles to the pan and cook the noodles shortly for a few minutes. Once the noodles are cooked, drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. The udon noodles can now be used for your desired dish, for stir-fry, or noodle soup.
