- Marinate the meat* with 2 tbsp. olive oil and Moksi Meti Mix +/- 30 minutes.
- Put the marinated meat in a preheated oven at 160 degrees.
- When the meat is cooked, cut into strips.
- Fashong in the oven for 3 minutes and cut into slices.
- Cut Chinese cabbage and stir-fry with Vegetable Mix No. 1 (1.5 tbsp).
- Serve with warm rice or bami. Delicious with pepper sauce from Swiet Moffo
