  • 2 Tbsp Osmanthus flowers
  • 2 Tbsp goji berries
  • 10g agar agar powder
  • 15g rock sugar
  • Fish-shaped molds

Information
  1. Bring water to a boil, together with the Osmanthus flowers. Turn down the heat, soak the flowers for 10 minutes and add the goji berries in the final 3 minutes. Then scoop up the flowers and berries.
  2. Add sugar to the water and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add the agar agar powder while stirring, and bring it to a boil. Take the pan off the stove and stir. Let it cool down for 10 minutes.
  3. Put some Osmanthus flowers and goji berries in the molds and pour in the tea carefully. Put the molds in the fridge and let the jelly firm up.
  4. Note: in order to have firm jelly, it’s advised to prepare the jelly the day before serving.
