What does the word “curry” make you think about? Thailand and India, of course! Get the best of both worlds with massaman curry, a fusion between Thai and Indian-style curries using both a red curry and dry whole spices.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50g Suree Thai Massamun Curry Paste
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 250g beef (bite-sized)
  • 200g potatoes
  • 10g peanuts
  • Jasmine rice (cooked)
  • 1½ Tbsp fish sauce
  • Salt and sugar
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil

PREPARATION

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the curry paste.

  2. 2. Add the beef and stir-fry it well.

  3. 3. Add the potatoes, peanuts and coconut milk. Cook until the potatoes are well done.

  4. 4. Season with fish sauce, salt and sugar.

  5. 5. Serve with jasmine rice.
