Tropical Blue Coconut Mocktail
Add some colour to your life with this delicious non-alcoholic coconut cocktail!
- 200 ml coconut water
- 1 Tbsp nata de coco
- 1 Tbsp lime-flavoured lemonade
- Lime slices
- Pomegranate
- Dried butterfly pea flower
Kitchen tools:
- Plastic ice cube molds
- Tall glass
- Bring water to a boil. Let it cool for 3 minutes, then put a couple of pea flower leaves in the boiled water.
- Leave them there until the colour is right. Let it cool, then fill the plastic ice cube molds with the pea flower tea.
- Put it in the freezer for one night.
- Put the nata de coco in the glass. Pour in the lemonade and add the ice cubes.
- Pour in the coconut water and add a couple of lime slices and pomegranate.
