In Vietnam, they make coffee using a special coffee filter (phin). They place this on top of the coffee cup. The Trung Nguyen coffee filter is made of stainless steel and consists of 4 parts:

• A saucer with holes in the bottom
• A long steel cup
• A filter
• A lid

That's why you use Trung Nguyen coffee to make real Vietnamese coffee:

• Trung Nguyen is the most famous coffee brand in Vietnam, so drink coffee like they do in Vietnam;
• The grind is coarser.
