How to use:
- Prepare a dawet mold and a container filled with ice water to soak the dawet seeds.
- Mix 100g dawetsruut flour (1 pack) with 600ml water. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
- Heat over medium heat and stir slowly until the flour solution thickens.
- Reduce heat, stirring constantly until it boils and the color turns clear. Then turn off the heat.
- Immediately pour the dawet into the dawet mold and then print the dawet.
- Immediately place the dawet seeds that emerge from the mold into a container filled with ice water. Soak in ice water for about 15 minutes so that the dawet seeds become hard and chewy.
- Drain well. The dawet seeds are ready to be made into dawet ice cream or other desserts.
