INGREDIENTS
- 180 g raw, peeled giant shrimps
- 110 g coarsely cut asparagus, 2 minutes blanched
- 1 tbsp light olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Wasabi Sesame Dressing
- Lime slices for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Remove the intestines of the shrimps and cut open the backside if necessary.
2. Pour some oil into a frying pan. Add the shrimps and fry until they become pink. Add the asparagus and scorch for one more minute.
3. Take the frying pan of the heat and add some Wasabi Sesame dressing. Stir and garnish with the limes.
