Wheatsun Sichuan Dan Dan noodle is made of wheat flour, water and salt. Dan Dan noodle is one of the most favorite noodle dish from Sichuan in China. It is a spicy noodle dish with Sichuan pepper, pickled mustard cabbage, peanut, sesame oil and garlic as main ingredients. This noodle dish has its origins in 1841, invented by a street vendor named Chan Bau Bau. He sold his noodles, carrying them with half a bamboo stick, "dan tiu" on his shoulder in the street. Hence the name "Dan Dan noodle".
