Information
  1. Prepare the brown rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Preheat the oven at 200°C. Cut the beet into slices and sprinkle with olive oil. Place it on baking paper. Roast the beet for 15 minutes or until it’s soft. Let it cool down.
  3. In the meantime, rinse and cut the carrot, cucumber and pea shoots. Mix the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl until it has become creamy.
  4. Put the brown rice in a bowl. Add the toppings. Sprinkle with dressing, hemp seeds and sesame seeds.
