Shinshu shiro miso is a seasoning to make a miso soup or broth with noodles. Mix Miso paste with water. Do not co-heat too long, because the taste will quickly return. Delicious with tofu / tofu cubes, dried seaweed and dried Chinese mushroom (Shiitake). It is also used to make dressing. Shinshu shiro miso from Hikari belongs to the white / light miso.
