  • 300g bean sprouts

Information
  1. Place the dried fried egg noodles in a bowl. Then pour boiling water and let it soak for a few minutes until they separate. Drain the water and let the noodles drain in a colander. Pour the dark soy sauce over the noodles, mix everything well and let the dark soy sauce soak in for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the spring onions into coarse pieces of 4 cm and rinse the bean sprouts under the tap.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Beat the eggs in a bowl and then pour the eggs into the pan. Stir-fry the eggs until set and set aside.
  4. Heat another 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the noodles and stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add the bean sprouts, spring onions and eggs and mix well. Season it with chicken stock powder.
  5. Finally, pour a dash of sesame oil over the noodles.
