1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp corn syrup
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
½ tsp gochugaru (Korean chili pepper powder)
2 tbsp oil

Information
  1. Cut the firm tofu into slices and pat it dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Finely chop the garlic and peppers.
  3. Mix the sauce mix ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the tofu slices in a pan. Fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Spread the sauce over the entire pan and let it simmer gently until the sauce has thickened.
