Ingredients
300g firm tofu
Sauce mix
3 garlic cloves
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp corn syrup
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
½ tsp gochugaru (Korean chili pepper powder)
2 tbsp oil
- Cut the firm tofu into slices and pat it dry with kitchen paper.
- Finely chop the garlic and peppers.
- Mix the sauce mix ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the tofu slices in a pan. Fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown.
- Spread the sauce over the entire pan and let it simmer gently until the sauce has thickened.
