  • 200g tender beef
  • 120g shiitake mushroom
  • 1 onion
  • 100g minced carrots
  • 100g spinach

Information
  1. Boil the water in a big pan. Add the vermicelli and cook them for 5 minutes. Drain the water and wash the vermicelli under the tap and let them drain well. Use a scissor to cut the vermicelli in pieces of 10 cm.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, fry the onion until become fragrant, and then add the beef and shiitake mushroom. Stir it quickly and then add 4 tablespoons of japchae sauce.
  3. Blanch the spinach in boiling water and wash it under the tap. Squeeze out the moisture carefully. Finally mix the vermicelli and vegetables and you are ready to go.
