5 tbsp Korean corn syrup
4 garlic cloves
1 shallot
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes)
1 tbsp oil

Garnish
1 spring onion
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Information
  1. Finely chop the garlic and cut the shallot into fine cubes. Cut the spring onion into fine rings.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Briefly fry the garlic and shallots.
  3. Add the gochujang, corn syrup, sesame oil, sugar and gochugaru. Mix everything together well.
  4. Then add the hot wings and mix well so that all chicken pieces are evenly coated with the sauce.
