Preparation:

  1. Mix the flour with water in a bowl. Put egg, cooked meat, and vegetables in the batter and mix them.
  2. Heat a pan and add oil in it.
  3. Pour the batter on the pan and spread it in a circle.
  4. Cook both sides to get them golden brown on the surface (about 5 minutes each side)
  5. Dish them up on a plate. Put otafuku okonomi sauce (vegan or spicy) or otafuku takoyaki sauce on takoyaki. Add some mayonnaise and green seaweed on top as you like.
