Information
  1. Spicy Soy Sauce
Are you tired of always dipping your food in plain soy sauce? This one’s spiciness will awaken your taste buds!

Heat oil in a pan. Add the shallots and fruit them for about 2 minutes. Then add the spring onions and peppers. Fry them for about 1 minute, then add the light soy sauce and water. Bring it to a boil. Take the pan off the stove, add the cilantro and stir. Finally, add the sesame oil.
  2. Sha Cha: Chinese Barbecue Sauce
Sha cha sauce can be used in many ways: as a base for soups, a marinade for meat, seasoning for stir-fries, etc. You will like its umami taste and slight spiciness!

Heat oil in the pan. Add the sliced shallots and fruit briefly. Then add the Bull Head sauce. Fry for about 1 minute. Add the spring onions, then add the soy sauce, followed by the sugar. Scoop the sauce into a bowl and finally add the cilantro.
