Laksa is known for its rich, spicy and creamy soup. Add some rice noodles, tofu and meat, and you have a delicious soup in no time.

Ingredients:
- 200g fish cake
- 100g tofu puffs
- 150g large shrimps
- 300g rice vermicelli
- 600ml water
Amocan white laksa kit containing:
- Coconut Premix
- Singapore white laksa paste
How to make it:
Put the white laksa paste in a pan. Stir the paste well until its aromas are released. Add 500ml water, stir well and make it boil.
Add the fish cake, tofu puffs and shrimps. Cook the laksa for 15 minutes.
Put the Amocan Coconut Premix and 100ml water in a bowl. Mix it well and add it to the pan.
Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions. Divide the noodles, fish cake, tofu puffs and shrimps over 2 bowls.
Pour the soup over the noodles and serve warm.
