Poké Bowl

15 minutes preparation time + 1 hour waiting time

  1. Boil or steam the rice. Stir the rice vinegar into the rice while it is still warm. Let the rice cool for an hour.
  2. In the meantime, cut the salmon and tuna into manageable pieces. Chop the spring onions into small pieces. Cut the onion into thin strips of 2 cm.
  3. Place the salmon and tuna in a large bowl and sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Add the onions, spring onions and seaweed. Then add the soy sauce and sesame oil.
  5. Sprinkle the ingredients with sesame seeds.
  6. Divide the rice among 3 bowls. Then place the ingredients on top.
  7. Add your favorite toppings.
