Ingredients
            Based on  4 persons        
                - 300g beef
- 4 packs of instant noodles
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp oil
Marinade for beef
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- ½ tsp dark soy sauce
- ½ tsp sugar
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tsp oil
Sauce mix
- 40g satay soup base paste
- 75ml water
- 2 tsp barbecue sauce
- 1½ tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp chili oil
- ½ tsp Indian curry powder
- ½ tsp sugar
- Cut the beef into thin slices. Place the beef slices in a bowl and add the following ingredients: light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, corn starch, egg, water and oil. Mix everything well and marinate the meat in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Cut the onion into strips and chop the garlic finely.
- Remove the beef from the refrigerator and drain the liquid.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the garlic and onion until fragrant. Then add the beef and stir-fry for a few minutes until 70% cooked. Scoop it out.
- Heat another 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan over medium heat. Briefly fry the curry powder and then add the satay paste, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, chili oil and sugar. Add the water and mix everything well. Let it cook for another minute before putting the beef back in the pan and stirring everything well.
- Cook the instant noodles according to the packaging and divide it among four bowls.
- Spoon an amount of satay beef onto the noodles.
